Training for older atheletes

I'm looking for more on training the older athelete.

Any suggestions welcomed.

I (age 44) have been doing this:
since June. Sort of. I'm not in good enough condition to do most of the workouts as-is, so I scale them back a lot.

Even so, Crossfit is changing my body faster than anything I've tried in 20+ years of on-again off-again (mostly off) working out.
