Coda on my law practice

When I retired, I still had three appeals pending.

The last of them just had an opinion issued:

Finally:

I was pleased to realize I had won all three.

Careerwise, I won over 350 cases outright by trial, motion practice or appeal.  I was really surprised to realize the totals, that is a lot of litigation.

Anyway, back to retirement.
