I used to work out about five o'clock every morning with Ashley Gothro. From Ashley Gothro's favorite artist (Stan Rogers):

And you to whom adversity has dealt the final blow
With smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go
Turn to and put out all your strength of arm and heart
and brain
And like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again

Rise again, Rise again
Though your heart it be broken and life about to end
No matter what you've lost;
Be it a home, a love, a friend
Like the Mary Ellen Carter rise again!

Too often we forget that we can rise again.

Advice from Folk Singers and his lyrics.

  2. Wonderful, Stephen.

My friend, who lost a daughter in a car accident a few years ago, and whose husband died of cancer, passed this to me in Relief Society one day:

    I dim, I dim
    I have no doubt
    If someone blew
    I would go out.

    I did not.
    I must be stronger
    Than I thought.

Ase, I'd love to hear your conversion story.
